Balloon Wallflowers can be filled with with air or helium. The air filled designs are perfect to place on walls or columns, guaranteed to brighten up any background. They are also excellent for outdoor decor, as they are tied the wind will not blow these designs about.  

The helium filled designs creates a floating balloon flower, again a novel way to create an impression at a very reasonable price.
